These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Redline mobile application ("App," "Service") operated by Redline ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Redline is designed for responsible car enthusiasts. High speed achievements and performance tracking features are intended exclusively for use on closed tracks, licensed racing events, and other legal motorsport venues.

The App and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the name "Redline," the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App (profile information, drive data). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the App.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Firebase, Agora, and Expo. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF GPS TRACKING DATA, SPEED READINGS, OR ANY OTHER MEASUREMENTS PROVIDED BY THE APP. DO NOT RELY SOLELY ON APP DATA FOR ANY SAFETY-CRITICAL DECISIONS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DRIVING IS AN INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY AND THAT YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE, REGARDLESS OF APP USAGE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Redline and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at redlineapp.support@gmail.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, the community, or our service. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via push notification or email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
